STV Glasgow's Riverside 2014 & 2015

Appeared 'Live' on the STV Glasgow Riverside show #Teaforatenner cookery slot. Demonstrated the popular 'easy peasy cheesy risotto' and 'Buck rarebit' for presenters David Farrell & Jennifer Reoch.

A Taste of Angus & Dundee Flower & Food festival 2013 & 2014

Part of a week long event which incorporated the Dundee Food and flower s
how and ended with various activities and cookery demonstrations designed to promote the great produce and producers of Angus and Dundee at Forfar's monthly farmers market.









Forfar Farmers Market

WeeCOOK is the resident chef at the market and each month I cook easy to replicate recipes using and promoting produce from the stalls. There is also the WeeCOOKIES free interactive cookery demonstrations for children which have been promoted in local publications including the Dundee Courier.
